GHISLAINE HOWARD: winter exhibition 2008

As well as works by the regular gallery exhibitors, Ghislaine is delighted to be showing a number of paintings by Ian Mood which are inspired by the changing landscape glimpsed from the train on the journey between Broadbottom and Manchester.

Also on view will be a stunning group of nineteenth century Japanese woodblock prints. Many of these will be for sale.

Michael Howard will give a talk on Japanese prints and their influence on painters of the nineteenth century at the gallery on Sunday, December 21 at 3.00pm. Mulled wine and refreshments will be served.
